How do I check the status of my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to check the shipping status of your order. 

How do I return an item?

To start a return online, email mainstreamjanesville@gmail.com with your order number. To return the item in store, come visit us at Mainstream Boutique Janesville. Online orders can't be returned to other locations. 

Can I return an item for a refund? 

Unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) received within 15 days of purchase can be returned for a credit in the form of an e-gift card that can be used online or in store. We know you'll find an item you love - check our store for weekly new arrivals! 

I have a reward earned at Mainstream Boutique Janesville. Can I apply the reward to my purchase online?

Thank you for being apart of our rewards program! To use your reward online, visit the "Loyalty Program" page on our website and login using your email address. You can redeem your points for a customized discount code that can be used in-store or online.

I have a reward earned at another Mainstream Boutique. Can I apply the reward to my purchase online? 

Mainstream Boutique is a franchise and most of our locations are individually owned and operated! Because rewards are designated to a specific store, we ask that you redeem them for purchases you make at that store. We love that you shop multiple stores! 

How do I apply in store credit to an online purchase?

Anyone with a store credit receives an email including an e-gift card with their store credit amount. Just input the gift card code at check-out to apply your store credit! If you'd like us to resend your store credit email, don't hesitate to reach out!
